OUR STORY

Chris and Joanne went on vacation together, they had a great time going out to different restaurants for dinner and came to realize that they wanted to create their own restaurant. They both had previously worked so hard for others in the restaurant industry and Chris worked his whole life cooking and creating dishes for other businesses. The conversation became; ‘how a restaurant should be run’ and they both believed the main idea is that guests should be treated like family. It has been the motto of Chef Chris for many years that “If you take care of people…people will take care of you”.

They decided the perfect name of their future restaurant would be CJ’s. C is for Chris and J is for his wife Joanne.
