HOW CJ'S BEGAN
Chris and Joanne went on vacation together; they had a great time going out to different restaurants for dinner and realized they wanted to create their own restaurant. They had both worked hard for others in the restaurant industry, and Chris had worked his whole life cooking and creating dishes for other businesses.
The conversation became, ‘how a restaurant should be run,’ and they both believed the main idea is that guests should be treated like family.
They decided the perfect name for their future restaurant would be CJ’s. C is for Chris and J is for his wife, Joanne.
